In March 2010, Pensacola, Florida honored him as an Honorary Citizen, a testament to his commitment to cross-cultural collaboration and community transformation.
In 2024 Dr. Oye added a PhD in Global Leadership & Strategic Management from Queen’s University Belfast, UK to his credentials and received an Honorary Fellowship from the African School of Diplomacy & International Relations. Under his guidance, The Prophetic Prayer Tribe—an affiliate of Transforming Church International—has grown into a global movement of intercession, breakthrough and strategic vision.

An MBA graduate with distinction from the Gordon Institute of Business Science and a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Psychology and Labour Studies, Bess combines academic rigor with certifications in SAP HR, Workday and Oracle Cloud.
